If you can still access your account but just want to change your email or password for whatever reason, you can do so in your account settings in the desktop portal. Go to the top right of the screen, click the arrow icon next to your name, click on “Account Settings,” and go to “Email and password.”

Click on the “Change” button next to your email or password that you want to change. As soon as you’ve changed this, you will receive a confirmation email on your (new) email address.
