Clients often have the same breakfast, lunch or snacks every day, or a few days a week. After you have added some products, you can select and save products as a meal. If you select two or more foods, you will get 4 options: (1) Not Eaten, (2) Save as Meal, (3) Delete, and (4) Copy.
In the images below, you can select bread and cheese, and save it as a meal. You will find your saved meal under ‘Food list’ and then choose from “my meals.”
