When you are tracking your nutrition day in and day out, chances are you will be logging the same products every once in a while. To make your tracking quicker and easier, you can choose to create meals or copy your products to a different day. Are you having the same breakfast as yesterday, or did you make this dinner a few weeks ago? No problem, just copy those products for today!

Go back to the day the products were logged, select them and click on “copy” at the top right of the screen. Choose a date and the products are copied to that day. They will be copied to the same mealtime you put them in originally, so if you had pancakes with bananas as breakfast last week and ate them for lunch this week, make sure to change the meal time.
