When you are following a training plan in your activity calendar, you might not always have the time to do the exercises on the planned days.
That’s why, in our system, you can move exercises or the entire workout to a different day. You can do this in the activity calendar. Go to the day the exercises are planned, and tick the boxes of the exercises or workout you want to move. Choose “move” and choose a new date on the calendar.
If you’ve had a great workout that you would like to do again on another day, you can choose to copy this workout to a different day as well. Tick the boxes of the exercises and choose “copy.” Pick a date and you’re set!
