The personal training programs include:
- Nutrition program complete with daily nutrition diary, on-call consulting, accountability, and a monthly nutrition review.
- Privately scheduled one-on-one custom training sessions composed of integrated strength training, cardiorepiratory training, balance training & core training.
- Flexibility training incorporating static stretching and myofascial release.
- Postural Assessment
- Monthly measurements to gauge progress (Including weight, circumference measurements, & body fat percentage calculations).
The personal training sessions will occur at our clinic in Orange (or an offsite location; e.g.: your home, workplace, park).
