Personal Training

The personal training programs include:

  • Nutrition program complete with daily nutrition diary, on-call consulting, accountability, and a monthly nutrition review.
  • Privately scheduled one-on-one custom training sessions composed of integrated strength training, cardiorepiratory training, balance training & core training.
  • Flexibility training incorporating static stretching and myofascial release.
  • Postural Assessment
  • Monthly measurements to gauge progress (Including weight, circumference measurements, & body fat percentage calculations).

The personal training sessions will occur at our clinic in Orange (or an offsite location; e.g.: your home, workplace, park).
