In this course, you’ll learn from me, Lucas, a positive and upbeat personal trainer and nutrition specialist with over a decade of experience building healthy lives for men and women. I’ve put together the fat loss exercise for you into 48 easy to follow and super-effective workouts. Plus, I’m including my favorite healthy lifestyle tips, recipes, and empowering action steps to help you look and feel amazing, and be at your best.

– 48 energizing, easy to follow, fun and effective pre-planned fat loss workouts. You get a different 30-minute workout four days each week!
– 14 guilt-free, grain-free (and gluten-free), dairy-free, paleo-friendly recipes that are easy to make and healthy to eat!

– Full access to the Mosaic Health Nutrition plan documents and will have weekly followup with a Personal Trainer. Clients will be able to message via the Message feature in the APP to ask questions, receive input, and followup after workouts.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Starting today, you will receive 4 sessions every week for 12 weeks (total of 48 sessions). Each session is yours to keep and you’ll be able to refer back to it whenever you want. And if you miss a session or are too busy to get to it that day, each lesson will conveniently remain in your account so you won’t have to search for it when you’re ready to get back to it.
