Private 1:1 Sessions
Custom training sessions composed of integrated strength training, cardiorepiratory training, balance training & core training.
Nutrition Program
Custom meal plans, complete with daily nutrition diary, on-call consulting, and a monthly nutrition review.
Progress Tracking
Monthly measurements to gauge progress (Including weight, circumference measurements, & body fat percentage calculations).
Mobile App
Client Account with access to the online Mosaic Health Client Portal and Mobile App (available for iPhone & Android)
Mobility Training
Mobility training incorporating static stretching, myofascial release, and percussive therapy.
Postural Assessment
Focus on proper musculoskeletal alignment and movement. Balance assessment and basic functional movement assessments.
