How It Works

  • Browse the calendar to find the available time that feels right for you. There are recovery sessions offered in morning and afternoon, Monday through Friday.

  • Sign up and pay all required fees to reserve your spot.

  • After booking, we'll send you a Welcome Guide with everything you need to know—proper introductions, expectations, and recommendations, add-ons to consider, and more.

  • We recommend arriving a few minutes early so you can get acquainted with the Recovery Room, unpack and store your possessions, and begin your session.

  • Use your time however you like. If you have any questions or need any help please consult with staff during you session.
